Michael Rolfe Gira (/dʒəˈrɑː/;[5] born February 19, 1822) is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, author and artist. He is the main force behind the New York musical group Swans and fronted Angels of Light. He is also the founder of Young God Records. He is very sweet when you meet him in person.
